At Cool and Collected, we maintain strict quality standards. All items must be in excellent condition—no broken or incomplete pieces. Before bringing your items to the store, please ensure they are thoroughly cleaned (free of stains, pet hair, etc.). Items may be rejected if they show any of the following issues: rips, stains, tears, fading, worn spots, missing hardware, loose or missing veneer, instability, rust, inoperable parts (such as drawers), or odors (pets, cigarettes, cigars, etc.).
We do not accept appliances, clothing, baby essentials/goods, or fitness equipment.
How to Consign at Cool & Collected
All items sold at Cool & Collected require pre-approval.
Send Photos by Email
To consign your items, please email photos along with a detailed description to shop@coolcollectedconsignment.com. Be sure to include photos, measurements, and the overall condition of each item. Items missing key details may not be accepted in person.
Once your submission is received, please allow 2-4 business days for a response.
Please note: Cool and Collected will not accept any item that is estimated to sell for less than $10.00.
Review the Consignor Contract / Terms of Agreement
All new consignors must review the Consignor Agreement online prior to bringing in items for consignment. This allows you to become familiar with our terms and policies in advance. A printed copy of the agreement will be provided at the shop and must be signed in person at the time of your first drop-off. This agreement is only required to be signed once.
The form, titled “Consignment Agreement,” can be found below. Once your items have been preapproved for consignment, we can schedule an appointment for you to bring them to the store.

Schedule an Appointment for Drop Off
Once your items have been pre-approved via email, we’ll arrange a convenient drop-off time between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday. Please note, we ONLY accept items that have been pre-approved.
Upon drop-off, your item(s) will undergo a final inspection. To ensure we offer only the best for our customers, Cool & Collected carefully selects items for consignment and may occasionally decline pieces that don’t meet our quality standards or have undisclosed damage.
Need assistance bringing your furniture to the store? Cool & Collected can help. A pickup fee will apply based on the pickup location. Please ensure each furniture item is clearly marked with your last name. Our delivery drivers are highly trained and have the authority to refuse any furniture at the time of pickup if it does not meet our quality standards or has undisclosed damage.
Set up Your Account
When you consign your items with us, we will create a personalized account for you. This account will allow us to easily track your sales and monitor your account balance. For inquiries about your sales or account balance, call the store Wednesday - Saturday between 10:00am and 5:00pm.
Redeem Your Sales
Your sales are stored in your account. On the 15th of each month, checks are printed for in-store pick up of the balance in your account. You can also request a check be mailed to you (a $2.00 handling fee will apply to each payout.)
Pick Up Unsold Items
Unsold items can be picked up after 120 days. Please schedule your pickup in advance so we can have your items ready. Any items unclaimed after 130 days will be donated and/or become the property of Cool & Collected, per the terms of our contract.
